Under Clause 4: Specific provisions for the admission of foreign nationals of the Regulations on Student Admissions for the 2025-2026 academic year:
4.1. Foreign nationals, as well as stateless persons permanently residing in the Kyrgyz Republic, are entitled to receive vocational secondary education on a contract basis upon presentation of an educational document equivalent to the state-issued certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4.2. Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign nationals who have studied at educational institutions abroad must submit an educational document equivalent to the state-issued certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Such documents are assessed by the authorised state body.
- Enrolment takes place only where a certificate confirming the equivalence of the level and content of education is available.
4.3. Tuition fees for foreign nationals are set on the same terms as for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4.4. Tuition fees are determined on the basis of approved rates and cover all compulsory educational services provided for by the curriculum. Documentation requirements:
4.5. On admission, foreign nationals must submit the following documents to the admissions committee:
- An educational document equivalent to the state-issued certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic, confirmed by the authorised body.
- A passport or other identity document, with a notarised translation into Kyrgyz or Russian.
- A certificate of temporary or permanent registration in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Any other documents required by the Admissions Rules.
4.6. The College provides equal access to its educational programmes for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign nationals, including equal tuition fees.
